We are currently seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of events, from initial client consultation to final post-event reporting. The Event Manager will be responsible for identifying client requirements and expectations for each event, liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders throughout the planning process, and managing all logistical aspects including booking venues and entertainers. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proven track record in event coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure client satisfaction and event success. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning or coordination

Job Duties

  • Identify the clients requirements and expectations for each event
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
  • Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes
  • Maintain event budgets
  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers
  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the clients standards
  • Assess an events overall success and submit findings
