As an Event Coordinator at Dave & Buster's, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding event experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and orchestrating a variety of events including birthday parties, corporate meetings, team-building exercises, and social gatherings. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, handling inquiries and maintaining strong relationships by understanding and addressing their needs and preferences. Collaborating effectively with internal teams such as food and beverage, gaming, and operations will be essential to coordinate logistics and guarantee smooth event delivery. This role also involves developing detailed event proposals, managing contracts, creating timelines, and overseeing budgets to efficiently handle the financial aspects of each event.
