Currently, Apex Windows and Bath Accessories is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Coordinator to join the team during a pivotal phase of growth. This full-time position is located in Tucson, Arizona, and plays a critical role in expanding the company’s market reach by organizing and managing marketing events and trade shows within the assigned territory. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for curating an annual calendar of events and trade shows, negotiating vendor contracts, managing event logistics, recruiting and training event demonstrators, and maximizing lead generation opportunities. This role requires an individual with strong communication, organizational, and planning skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering team motivation.

The Event Coordinator will serve as the face of Apex Windows at various events, ensuring that booth and display setups are professionally handled, that appointments for free in-home consultations are effectively scheduled, and that contest entries are diligently followed up on and converted into sales opportunities. The role requires physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting up to 30 pounds.
