Daily responsibilities include sales coordination, scheduling, engaging with guests as an ambassador of fun, and working with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets. The Event Coordinator also plays a vital role in local marketing initiatives, cold calling, and prospecting to build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems is essential to manage guest information and sales data efficiently. This role is suited for individuals with prior experience in food and beverage or retail industries, with a desire to develop their sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The position demands availability during days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the event-driven nature of the business.
