The Event Coordinator role at Sweet Meadow Farm offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to manage and coordinate birthday parties and special events throughout the year. This full-time position requires flexibility, as working hours vary seasonally, with September through May scheduled from 10am to 6pm and June through August from 9am to 5pm. Weekend work is mandatory, with two weekdays off each week, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that includes direct interaction with animals and children alike. The pay rate ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on the applicant’s experience, reflecting the farm’s commitment to rewarding skill and dedication. In this role, the Event Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of duties essential to the successful operation of Sweet Meadow Farm’s events and educational offerings. The Event Coordinator will also handle scheduling and managing a busy calendar filled with birthday parties, farm tours, group classes, Girl Scout events, and seasonal summer camps.
