Job Requirements
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, smiling frequently
- Be available to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and/or weekends, based on event schedules
- Effectively function in a lively, fast-paced environment with potential noise and distractions
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds
- Move throughout the facility and remain standing for extended periods as needed
- Frequently walk or stand for the majority of your shift, particularly during event execution
- Reach, bend, stoop, and perform light cleaning tasks as necessary to ensure event areas are presentable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event planning or coordination preferred

Job Duties
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events, including birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, team-building activities, and social events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and client communication
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as food and beverage, gaming, and operations to coordinate event logistics
- Develop detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines, managing budgets effectively
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring the event space is appropriately configured
- Proactively address any issues or challenges during events to maintain a positive guest experience
- Maintain meticulous records of event details, guest interactions, and financial transactions
- Stay informed about offerings, promotions, and event packages to communicate options to clients
