The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive environment where everyone from hobbyists to professional artists can explore their creativity, enjoy exceptional service, and find inspiration. The Event Coordinator must also uphold the company’s cleanliness and safety standards and may support custom framing selling and production tasks. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with a diverse customer base, thrive in a retail environment, and have a passion for creative arts and events management. The total base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 to $18.80 per hour, reflecting the value Michaels places on skilled, energetic team members who contribute to the company’s mission of fueling the joy of creativity.
