With locations across the United States and beyond, the company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and creating engaging, vibrant environments where guests can enjoy good food, fun games, and great company in a single location.

As an Event Coordinator at Dave & Buster's, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional and seamless event experiences for our guests. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and building strong relationships to understand and address their needs and preferences. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as food and beverage, gaming, and operations to coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution. Developing detailed event proposals, managing contracts and timelines, and overseeing the budget to ensure financial accuracy are also integral parts of the role.

An Event Coordinator at Dave & Buster's is hands-on during the events, overseeing setup and teardown and making sure the event spaces are appropriately configured and resourced. Staying informed about the latest offerings, promotions, and event packages at Dave & Buster's is important so you can effectively communicate options to clients and identify opportunities for repeat business. Upholding a positive and professional demeanor at all times will represent Dave & Buster's in the best light and contribute to a supportive team environment.

This full-time role may involve working flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends based on event schedules, in a lively, fast-paced environment. Physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, occasional lifting, and light cleaning are part of the job. Dave & Buster's is committed to equal employment opportunity and creating an inclusive workplace where diversity is respected and valued. The company participates in E-Verify where required by law and maintains policies to prevent discrimination of any kind.
