- Oversee event marketing efforts to promote upcoming events through various channels
- Upsell additional services or packages to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Manage guest services, ensuring a high level of hospitality and customer satisfaction throughout the event
- Collaborate with catering teams, banquet staff, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations during events
- Handle logistics such as setup, breakdown, and coordination of event timelines
