About the Role: The firm is seeking an Events Coordinator on a temporary contract basis from February through the end of May. This onsite role, based downtown Chicago, supports a busy first quarter calendar centered on executive and leadership events that are instrumental in fostering company cohesion and driving strategic initiatives. The Events Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the flawless execution of a diverse range of events including large-scale leadership offsites, company-wide town halls, International Women's Day programming, and executive meetings. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, meticulous environment and enjoy managing complex logistical details.

The position involves providing administrative and logistical support to the Leadership Office and internal Events team, working closely with senior leaders and business operations partners. Responsibilities encompass coordinating room bookings, managing event logistics, tracking RSVPs and attendance, overseeing budgets and expenses, and ensuring each event runs smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Familiarity with event management and project management tools is a plus, as is experience supporting senior leadership in a high-expectation environment.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $36 to $43 per hour, commensurate with experience. Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for executive and leadership events
