The Event Coordinator role at Main Event is pivotal in ensuring that every guest experience is tailored, enjoyable, and unforgettable. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for partnering with guests to understand their needs and translate their vision of fun into reality. This means selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events with attention to detail and a focus on exceeding customer expectations. You will also be an ambassador of the brand, welcoming guests warmly and promoting a culture of fun and positivity throughout the event. Attention to safety and sanitation standards is paramount, ensuring every event environment is clean and secure. The position requires utilizing various systems and software to manage sales revenue, guest information, and follow-ups, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to achieve and surpass sales targets and quarterly plans.

Key aspects of the role include prospecting, cold calling to develop ongoing relationships, supporting local marketing initiatives, and participating actively in sales meetings to contribute ideas that drive business success. This position offers flexibility in working shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet guest scheduling needs.   • Prospecting and cold calling to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business
  • Supporting local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales
  • Attending and engaging in weekly sales meetings
  • Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
