Job Requirements
- Retail and/or customer service experience required
- Experience working with children and children's events
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical work including lifting and bending

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons including goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and store team members regarding events
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and handling paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- Create backup or emergency plans for events as needed
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold company cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products while providing solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- Promote and complete enrollments for Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- Assist with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Conduct daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
