Job Duties

Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
communicate event details with clients and store team members
complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
adjust plans based on client feedback and needs
create backup plans for events
ensure client satisfaction
maintain cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
help customers shop and locate products
provide fast and friendly checkout experience
promote rewards program and credit card enrollments
educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store processes
participate in truck unloading and stocking
complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
perform store optimization duties
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to company policies and procedures
interact respectfully with others and promote company values
cross-train in custom framing sales and production
participate in daily store cleanliness activities
perform other duties as assigned
