Job Requirements
- Retail or equivalent customer service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and manage multiple events
- Basic proficiency in administrative tasks like emails and phone calls
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local job legal requirements
- Willingness to uphold company cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise maintenance
- Adhere to company policies and safety programs
- Maintain daily store cleanliness including restrooms
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
