- Prior experience in administrative or hospitality roles preferred
- Proficient in computer and office software applications

Job Duties
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases using keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Transmit information or documentation using a computer, mail, or fax
- Operate standard office equipment apart from computers
- Draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, date it, and distribute incoming mail
- Create and maintain electronic and paper filing and organizational systems for records, reports, and documents
- Collect, copy, classify, and file office activity and business transaction records
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Interact courteously with guests and assist persons with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others both verbally and in writing
- Support team objectives and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Perform other reasonable work duties as requested by supervisors
