Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases using keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Transmit information or documentation using a computer, mail, or fax
  • Operate standard office equipment apart from computers
  • Draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, date it, and distribute incoming mail
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper filing and organizational systems for records, reports, and documents
  • Collect, copy, classify, and file office activity and business transaction records
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Interact courteously with guests and assist persons with disabilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others both verbally and in writing
  • Support team objectives and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Move, lift, transport, push, drag, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable work duties as requested by supervisors
