Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field
- proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to execution
- manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and venues
- create event timelines and agendas, ensuring all deadlines are met
- work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials for events
- coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, and accommodations
- act as the main point of contact for clients and event stakeholders
