Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods

Job Qualifications
- Experience in retail and/or customer service
- Experience working with children and children's events
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, nonverbal, and listening
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects, face painting, and other activities
- Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust and create backup plans for events based on client feedback
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist customers in shopping and locating products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Support Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, merchandise recovery, and store maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to company policies
- Maintain positive and respectful interaction with customers and team members
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in store cleanliness including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Perform other duties as assigned
