Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience planning and executing VIP events
  • strong attention to detail
  • CRM experience preferred
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with Tessitura database, Greenvelope and SocialTables.com a plus
  • must be available for evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Director of Events and Volunteer Services on planning and execution of donor benefit, fundraising, cultivation, and stewardship events
  • Develop detailed event timelines, coordinate logistics, and anticipate needs to ensure seamless execution
  • Prepare and manage invitation lists, track RSVPs, and oversee guest communications
  • Supervise event check-in, coordinate volunteers, and provide on-site event support
  • Manage post-event follow-up including photo uploads and Tessitura attendance entry
  • Coordinate design and production of event collateral in partnership with development and marketing teams
  • Maintain and update the Master Events Calendar, Development Department calendar, and Events webpages content
