Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-5 years of experience planning and executing VIP events
- strong attention to detail
- CRM experience preferred
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with Tessitura database, Greenvelope and SocialTables.com a plus
- must be available for evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Partner with the Director of Events and Volunteer Services on planning and execution of donor benefit, fundraising, cultivation, and stewardship events
- Develop detailed event timelines, coordinate logistics, and anticipate needs to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare and manage invitation lists, track RSVPs, and oversee guest communications
- Supervise event check-in, coordinate volunteers, and provide on-site event support
- Manage post-event follow-up including photo uploads and Tessitura attendance entry
- Coordinate design and production of event collateral in partnership with development and marketing teams
- Maintain and update the Master Events Calendar, Development Department calendar, and Events webpages content
