Job Duties

Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
Welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
Understanding event packages and add-ons
Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
Utilizing systems to input sales revenue and guest information
Partnering with Sales Manager to exceed sales targets
Prospecting and cold calling to build ongoing relationships
Supporting local store marketing initiatives to drive sales
Attending weekly sales meetings to share strategies
Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
