Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including some evenings and weekends

- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, trade shows, and conferences
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and production schedules
- Liaise with vendors, venues, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage event set-up, execution, and breakdown, including on-site supervision
- Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Address and resolve any event-related issues in real-time
