- Ability to remain standing for long periods

- Experience handling job stress and working with diverse age groups

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist customers with shopping and locating products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers with rewards and credit card programs and complete enrollments
- Support store processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- Follow SOPs and company policies ensuring compliance
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Perform daily store cleanliness activities
