Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or related project management roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to manage event logistics from planning to execution

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, trade shows, and conferences
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and production schedules
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage event set-up, execution, and breakdown, including on-site supervision
  • Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Address and resolve any event-related issues in real-time
