Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience
- experience working with children
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and accessing high shelves
- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to interact respectfully with customers and team members
- must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements
- willingness to engage in safety and compliance training

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in completing craft projects and performing activities like face painting
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate events with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs
- create backup or emergency plans as needed
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after events
- help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and assist with enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to company policies and legal requirements
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
