Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate corporate, promotional, and private events from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, budgets, and expectations
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal team members to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, permits, and documentation
  • Conduct site visits and supervise on-site event setup and breakdown
  • Monitor budgets and process invoices and expense reports
  • Ensure events comply with safety, legal, and quality standards
  • Provide post-event analysis and feedback for continuous improvement
