Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities like face painting
  • Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
  • Communicate event details with clients and store team members
  • Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assist customers in shopping and provide product solutions
  • Deliver fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Promote Rewards program and private label credit cards and help with enrollments
  • Educate customers about Voice of Customer survey
  • Support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store
  • Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
  • Perform store in stock optimization and ad set duties
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
  • Participate in daily store cleanliness including sweeping and maintaining restrooms
  • Other duties as assigned
