Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist customers in shopping and provide product solutions
- Deliver fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and private label credit cards and help with enrollments
- Educate customers about Voice of Customer survey
- Support Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- Perform store in stock optimization and ad set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness including sweeping and maintaining restrooms
- Other duties as assigned
