Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of corporate and promotional events
  • coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure all event details are handled
  • develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and task lists
  • supervise on-site event operations, staff, and setup
  • monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues in real-time
  • handle post-event reporting, feedback collection, and analysis
