Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and other activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- Create backup or emergency plans as needed
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning events
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- Engage customers on the benefits of rewards programs and credit cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- Assist with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies to ensure compliance
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
