Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to handle stress and interact positively with customers and teammates
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons meeting company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adapt event plans based on client feedback
- Create backup or emergency plans for events
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist customers with product location and shopping
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Credit Card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Cross train in Custom Framing sales and production
- Engage respectfully with customers and team members
- Participate in daily store cleaning activities including sweeping and dusting
- Perform other duties as assigned
