Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management hospitality marketing or related field preferred
- Previous experience in event planning coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Proficiency with event management tools and MS Office Suite

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution including logistics vendor management and budgeting
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements
- Develop timelines schedules and detailed event plans to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee on-site event management ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly
- Monitor event expenses and ensure projects remain within budget
- Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement
