Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role preferred
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to comply with hotel policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in administrative roles within hospitality or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to various hotel departments including Guest Services and Engineering
- Prepare documents such as reports and presentations using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors during all event phases
- Coordinate between Sales Office and clients to facilitate seamless event management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain professional appearance and communication
- Support team goals by fostering positive working relationships with colleagues
- Report safety incidents and maintain a safe working environment
