Job Duties

Develop and manage event plans from conception to completion
communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately
liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure services and negotiate contracts
oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all timelines are met
