Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
  • availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules

  • manage event budgets and ensure financial accountability
  • supervise on-site operations to ensure smooth execution
  • collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support event promotion
  • conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify improvements
