Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events
  • Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
  • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
  • Facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • Communicate event details effectively with clients and store team members
  • Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup or emergency plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
  • Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event
  • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
  • Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
  • Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance
  • Complete merchandise recovery and Store in Stock Optimization duties
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Maintain a respectful, positive, and professional interaction with customers and team members
  • Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
  • Participate in daily store cleanliness
