Job Requirements
- Must have retail or customer service experience
- Must have experience working with children and children's events
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, and stretching
- Must be able to engage positively with guests and team members
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal employment requirements

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details effectively with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup or emergency plans
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance
- Complete merchandise recovery and Store in Stock Optimization duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Maintain a respectful, positive, and professional interaction with customers and team members
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness
