Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience working with children
availability to work weekends and evenings
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

extrovert personality
enjoyment in working with and entertaining kids
ability to follow guidelines on how to run events
strong communication skills
previous event planning or hosting experience preferred
passion for youth development and martial arts
ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

running youth birthday parties and Saturdays/Sundays
supporting Parent's Night Out youth events on Fridays/Saturdays
support youth graduation parties
plan and host miscellaneous social events such as pool parties, picnics, park days, and BBQs
ensure all events run smoothly and follow established guidelines
interact positively with youth participants and their families
promote a fun and inclusive environment at all events
