- College education or equivalent
- One to three years' experience in sports entertainment and/or venue event management
- Class C driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Knowledge of event management

Job Duties
- Assist event managers in the planning and execution of assigned events by coordinating logistics and supporting operational needs
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to help organize and deliver successful events
- Help develop and maintain event documentation such as timelines, checklists, setup diagrams, and permit applications
- Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and event-day operations to provide onsite support as needed
- Ensure that event setups align with safety standards and meet client expectations
- Participate in post-event debriefs and contribute to suggestions for continuous improvement
- Assist with the coordination of contracted services, including catering, equipment rentals, and staffing
