Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of relevant event planning or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with event platforms like Cvent, Zoom, Eventbrite preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Detail-oriented
- Effective multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
Job Qualifications

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

- Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings and events
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for conferences, board meetings, webinars, and special events across the country
- Manage all event details including venue selection, catering, registration, materials, travel arrangements, A/V coordination, and post-event follow-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, materials, and presentations
- Maintain event calendars, timelines, and budgets
- track spending and ensure cost-effective planning
- Support speaker coordination, including bios, session descriptions, and presentation materials
- Manage registration platforms and attendee communication for a seamless event experience
- Provide on-site support at key events to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service delivery
