Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or event coordination
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and work with ladders
  • Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
  • Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • Communicate event details with clients and store team members
  • Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create emergency backup plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • Help customers shop and locate products
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
  • Assist with Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and Ship From Store
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties
  • Maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
  • Interact respectfully with customers and team members
  • Cross-train in custom framing sales and production
