The role of Events Coordinator at CityCentre Houston's Life Time club is a part-time position focused on supporting the Events and Corporate Communications team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the club's adult sports programming, including squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops, runs smoothly and successfully. The Events Coordinator is responsible for logistical coordination and tactical support that aligns with Life Time’s mission and vision to create outstanding member experiences. This role is essential in maintaining member retention by delivering programs and events that members enjoy and that foster an inviting and engaging atmosphere. The Events Coordinator acts as a vital communication bridge between internal teams and external vendors, handling event logistics with a high level of detail and professionalism.

In addition to event coordination, the role requires project management skills to support marketing campaigns targeting club event promotion. The coordinator engages directly with members and non-members to promote adult programming, enhancing the visibility and participation in club activities. This position demands excellent organizational abilities, communication skills, and an aptitude for building strong relationships with members. Given the role's focus on health and wellness, CPR and AED certification is a required qualification.   • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • CPR and AED certified
  • Ability to travel as required
