Job Requirements

Associates degree in business management or related field
2-5 years experience in retail management and/or sales
prior experience in construction industry preferred
ability to lead a team of show promoters
able to oversee a budget
strong organizational skills
excellent written and oral communication skills
ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours
valid driver’s license and clean driving record
ability to travel to events in division by personal vehicle
ability to lift up to 40 lbs
able to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends
