Job Description
Mardel, a Christian and education-focused company, is seeking an Event Coordinator based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role involves planning and coordinating events for corporate, store, and offsite functions across the country, including Mardel Corporate events, book signings, community outreach events, and conventions/conferences.
Job Requirements
- Highly organized and results-driven individual with excellent communication, time management, and planning skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- experience in event planning and management preferred
- ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- interstate travel required, valid driver's license and clean driving record needed
- capable of lifting heavy boxes (over 50lbs)
- strong analytical skills to prepare event reports documenting customer traffic, sales, and event impact.
