Job Description
This position will report to the Manager, Community Experience and join the global Community Experience team responsible for fostering connections among employees within a multi-building campus through various events and programs aimed at enhancing internal community engagement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR/employee culture programs, community building, and event planning
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different workstreams and communication channels
- proficiency in budget management and financial planning
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- familiarity with venues, activities, and event resources
- experience working in a tech industry or startup environment
- knowledge of engineering and tech teams with the ability to tailor community-building initiatives to their needs
- proven track record of building cross-functional relationships with support partners and stakeholders, including leadership
- comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- experience collaborating as part of a cross-regional team
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Keynote, Outlook, and Google Suite
- technical skills to utilize internal Event and Registration Tools like Splash.
