Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, promotions, or event coordination
- proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work weekends and participate in local events
- must be proactive and solution-oriented
- personal transportation preferred for off-site events
Job Qualifications

- reliable with availability for events including weekends
- having personal transportation is an advantage for events located 30-40 miles away
Job Duties
- Exceed appointment quotas and demos
- lead and coordinate a team of Event Promoters during events
- tackle issues proactively with strong problem-solving skills
- manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as appointment and demo rates
- oversee booth setup, presentation quality, and customer interaction
- report on event performance, sales figures, and lead generation
- provide immediate guidance and support during events
