Job Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- culinary education is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience required, banquet or event experience preferred, strong sense of timing and organization, attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment, reliable and punctual, team-oriented mindset, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, culinary education is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items for banquets, weddings, tournaments, and club events
- execute event menus accurately, efficiently, and on time
- assist with event prep, station setup, and breakdown
- maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- work closely with chefs and the culinary team during high-volume services
- maintain a positive, team-focused attitude during busy event services
