Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of all events
  • act as a liaison between Event Planning Managers and meeting/event planners
  • manage time effectively and proactively plan event details
  • handle and address special guest needs or requests
  • resolve guest concerns that arise
  • maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and group dynamics
  • split time between operational floor duties and office responsibilities
