- At least one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods

- Ability to navigate confined spaces and uneven surfaces

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host(ess) prior to functions to make introductions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements and follow up to ensure compliance
- Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions to managers
- Ensure clean and professional uniform and appearance and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs
- Speak clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- Read and visually verify information in various formats
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and various surfaces
- Perform overhead and below-the-knee reaching including bending and stooping
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
