Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Serve as the liaison between Event Sales/Event Planning Manager and on-site meeting contacts
- Handle and address special needs or requests from guests
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and special events
- Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to ensure event success
- Anticipate and respond to group dynamics and guest requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
