Serving as the crucial liaison between the Event Sales or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contacts, the Event Concierge plays a vital role in facilitating seamless operations for meetings and special events. This position demands in-depth knowledge of the hotel's meeting facilities and group dynamics, as well as a keen attention to detail to address special requests or unique needs.
