Job Duties

  • Act as liaison between the Events team, on-site meeting contacts, and other operational departments
  • Handle and address special needs or requests related to meetings and events
  • Provide detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event logistics
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve potential problems
  • Work closely with hotel management during on-site event phases
  • Ensure seamless on-site support for meeting and event planners
  • Maintain high visibility and professionalism as a hotel representative
