Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in event coordination or customer service preferred
  • ability to work onsite full-time in Seattle, WA
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm
  • willingness to stand and walk as needed
  • ability to lift and reach materials
  • ability to travel up to 10%

Job Duties

  • Work onsite at client offices staffing the central concierge desk
  • staff pop-up lobby and atrium event desk as needed
  • manage and update Event Concierge OneNote
  • manage correspondence for all Event Concierge email alias requests and phone calls
  • create, deliver and ship name badges, table tents and other event materials
  • manage and keep updated inventory of Event Concierge desk items
  • coordinate with security on daily events and update security with changes
