Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to move through confined or uneven spaces
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees
- ability to maintain professional appearance and follow safety policies
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- no supervisory experience

Job Duties
- meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions to coordinate arrangements
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine event setup
- respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- follow up on special banquet event requests to ensure compliance
- follow all company and safety policies and procedures
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- maintain professional appearance and ensure confidentiality
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- support team goals and exert physical efforts required to perform job duties
