Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to read small print and inspect equipment visually
- Ability to bend, twist, climb stairs and work in confined spaces
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Compliance with all company safety procedures

Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before reception to review event details
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine event organization
- Ensure all special banquet event preparations are addressed and fulfilled
- Track special banquet preparations to confirm compliance
- Adhere to company safety policies and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- Greet and recognize guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
